I’m a nurse by profession, but I’ve always had a passion for cooking and baking.
My baking journey began during COVID, when I baked my very first cake. It turned out really well, and the love and appreciation from my family and friends encouraged me to try different flavours and designs. Soon, I was baking for birthdays and celebrations of my loved ones.
Everyone kept encouraging me to start selling my cakes, but I lacked the confidence to take that step.
Then came my baby’s first birthday. I decided to challenge myself and make a two-tier cake. Seeing how much everyone loved both the look and taste of the cake gave me the confidence to finally believe in myself.
With a little fear, lots of curiosity and a whole lot of love, I started my baking journey. Since then, every cake has been a new learning experience, and I’m so happy to see myself growing with every bake.
For me, every cake is an emotion. I bake each one with love, care and attention to every little detail. And seeing the finished cake bring happiness to someone’s special day is what makes me truly happy.
